This will be an amazing show of the future of rock and roll.  No one performing is over 18.  They are as good as any professional band, and that's just our local SOR House band.  The All Stars are as good as any nationally touring band.  This will be a good show, and it's also a good cause.  Don't miss it.

  "LIVE AID REMADE" ALL-STARS 2010 U.S. TOUR

*48-CITY TOUR CELEBRATING THE 25th ANNIVERSARY OF "LIVE AID"    FEATURES THE NEXT GENERATION OF ROCK STARS FROM ACCLAIMED NATIONAL YOUTH MUSIC PROGRAM*

*ALL TICKET SALES WILL BENEFIT MUSIC FOR RELIEF FUND*

May 24, 2010--Watch out U2!  Step aside Roger Daltrey! Channeling the music and energy from one of rock music history's biggest concert events ever, comes the next generation of talented rockers emerging from the acclaimed SCHOOL OF ROCK music program. The nationwide tour hits the road this summer for the SCHOOL OF ROCK PRESENTS: LIVE AID REMADE All Stars summer tour.   Wielding their axe skills and power drum solos, these young all stars will pay tribute to the historic multi-city, multi-venue rock music concert LIVE AID held on July 13, 1985, playing songs from some of the biggest music stars who graced the stages that day.

Repertoire for the shows will include songs from artists such as U2, The Who, Queen, Led Zeppelin, Tom Petty, Bob Dylan, Mick Jagger, Tina Turner, Black Sabbath, Crosby, Stills Nash & Young, and more.  $10.00 from every ticket sold will go toward the benefit of Music for Relief (www.musicforrelief.org), a non-profit organization established by rock band Linkin Park which seeks to bring the music community together to raise awareness and funds for victims of natural disasters and help in the prevention of such disasters through environmental programs.  The proceeds from this tour are specifically going towards the organization's efforts in Haiti.

The School of Rock All Stars is a touring group comprised of the best students enrolled in the (58) School of Rock locations across the US. Ranging in age and background, these amazing all-stars play over 60 dates a year at theaters, festivals and the nation's top music venues.  The All Stars have also played with various rock legends through their Guest Professor Series, including Les Paul, Peter Frampton, Alice Cooper, Ann Wilson (Heart), Eddie Vedder (Pearl Jam), Jon Anderson (Yes), Jeff Keith (Tesla), Geoff Tate (Queensryche), Stewart Copeland (The Police).  School of Rock will soon be offering even more opportunities for future young all stars across the country to enjoy their top-notch music program, with additional new franchises scheduled to open later this year.  Student enrollment for Fall 2010 will also commence as the All Star tour kicks off in July.
