I'm very dissapointed that you won't be able to attend either meetings.

Thank you so much for your past involvement with KCSO as a general secretary.

I am very sad to let you leave, but knowing your personal situation, quite understandable.

I'm thinking of appointing Mrs. Song Sook to replace your position.

With Mr. Lee's critical illness, Mrs. Lee is no longer able to help with KCYO, and all of a sudden, I'm burdened with too much work.

My personal situation doesn't help either, with my mother-in-law's hospitalization and my son's wedding,etc.

 

I'd like to thank you again for coming to my son's wedding and blessing the newly weds.

I am certain they appreciated your presence as much as I did.

 

I'd still like to keep you close as my friend (although you are my senior and unnie).

So, let's keep in touch.

Thank you for forwarding email amongst several which I never received in the past few months. 

 

As per our telephone conversation, I regret that I will not be able to attend the meeting this evening, I am staying in NYC this weekend (to watch Olympic Games).

 

Come September, please be advised that I will no longer be engaged in the past role as a general secretary of KCSO.  However, I will continue to help out ticket sales during concerts amongst the small circle of my family and friends, not as an official role but as a friend to KCSO.

 

Have a great meeting, which would have been the last one I could be attending as a committee member.

KCSO Board members;

 

Please be advised that the board meeting will be held on Friday, August 8 as originally planned.

It will take place at the 'Crazy Sushi Restaurant' at 6:30pm.

Please advise me if you are unable to attend.

 

The annual general meeting will be on Saturday, August 16 at the Governor's Hill Boardroom(3600 Yonge St.) from 9am to 11:30am.

I'll also arrange a small informal golf tournament for the directors.

Plelasle advise me if you would like to play at the tournament.
