March 1 Concert

Hello everyone,

 

The consul general confirmed today that we won't be able to have the proposed fund-raising concert for ROM on March 1 due to the inefficiency of the ROM.

We will re-arrange the date and advise you.

So far, the alternative date would be mid-April when Soo Bae returns to Toronto for Nexos recording, but it all depends on Soo's schedule.

 

Shawna, can you please go ahead and book the flight accordingly?  Her return date will be Feb 29.

 

Soo, Sorry about the cancellation; however, we've been waiting for a definite answer from ROM and haven't heard from them yet, and it was decided to postpone the event instead of doing it in a rush.

 

Sylvia, please inform the members about the change in schedule.

 

I'll be picking up the tickets tomorrow and tickets will be available for distribution.  June has agreed to take charge of ticket handing for this concert.  Thanks again June.
