Hello everyone,

I am happy to share that kcp v0.28.0 has been released. This release is full of new features, improvements and bug fixes. A huge thank you to all contributors is in order.

Highlights include:
- A new version of the apis.kcp.io group, v1alpha2, with updated resources for APIExports and APIBindings.

- This new version of APIExports allows to claim specific verbs in permission claims.

- The rebase to Kubernetes 1.32.

- The ability to configure a lifecycle for default APIBindings in a WorkspaceType, so that they are kept up to date in Workspaces created from the WorkspaceType.
