Cloud-env work is being developed using ansible playbooks.  Adam K. has offered help to get kcp-specific ansible objects developed to cover CRUD of workspaces, api bindings, syncers, and etc.

PlacementTranslator “what” is implemented and is now emitting messages to reflect steps in its workflow executing.  Work continues

- Yuji Watanabe - update on Edge Syncer - proposal for downsync and upsync processes are under review at https://github.com/kcp-dev/edge-mc/pull/239, initial documentation and implementation is under review at https://github.com/kcp-dev/edge-mc/pulls.  Documentation for the KCP-Edge synced is located here: https://docs.kcp-edge.io/docs/coding-milestones/poc2023q1/edge-syncer/.  A demonstration of how this concept might work is shown with Kyverno.
