Job Description: Technical Business Analyst

Location: Suwanee, Georgia (Near Atlanta)

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days per week in office

Mode of Interview: In-person (local candidates strongly preferred)

$40/hr on CTC

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within an Agile environment.

Strong experience writing user stories, defining scope, and translating business needs into technical deliverables.

Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage input from multiple teams and clarify requirements efficiently.

Nice to Have

Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP or Salesforce.

Exposure to data platforms such as Snowflake or reporting/BI tools.

Experience supporting business, operations, or IT transformation initiatives.

Certification in Business Analysis or Agile project management.

Experience leading or improving ticket intake and workflow processes.
