Looking to offload a project/job

Hey everyone, yes I am mostly a lurker and have only been to a couple Java user groups before... (last year!)... hope to make this months meeting.

I do have a fulltime position I am offloading. We have a startup venture (www.formzapper.com) that is making some headway and I need to devote 100% of my time to it.

Looking for someone that is ok with being a solo developer (Java, Spring, [Grails, Ext Js, and C# is a bonus]) and willing to take over an Insurance based product that I have worked on for over 15 years now.
