Speaker: Tim Dalsing from SpingSource/VMWare will speak about Gemfire.
What is it, what benefits does it offer, how does one get started with it. He is extremely knowledgeable so I expect the group to push
the conversation and Tim will respond accordingly. Still waiting on hearing about the other guy from SpingSource.
Meeting will be at Garmin, June 20th. 1200 E 151st St, Olathe, KS 66062. North Lobby Entrance (we will be in the auditorium).
Networking will begin at 6 and the Meeting at 7.
Garmin will be providing food, door prizes, and of course the meeting space. RSVPs requested.

I thought there was a Meetup group now but I couldn't find it. Did I dream that?

It would be easier to keep track of meetings if we used MeetUp. I'll absolutely be there as time permits though.

There have been quite a few requests for support on meetup.com so and your voices have been heard. There is a meetup group at the below address where meetings will be posted on the calendar. The group also has an email alias.
http://www.meetup.com/kcjava/
There is also a linkedin kcjava group and matching facebook.
If your email takes awhile to post, please be patient. There have been some abuse issues and posts are now moderated.
