Subject: NEFT charges from Canara Bank

I have a Savings Bank a/c no 0886 1010 24348 at Canara Bank,Mahalaksmi  Layout branch Bangalore 560086.  I normally do NEFT transactions every month.

As per your circular dated 11 June 2019 NEFT charges are not to be collected from customers effective 1st July 2019.

I have made three NEFT transactions on 1st July 2019 and the Bank has charged me 3x3(₹9) as NEFT Charges.

I requested them to reverse the charges in view of your letter of June

11 2019,but they have refused saying

their  Head Office circular do not mention it.

Could you please your good offices to Correct them and reverse the Debit?
