The much awaited IET – CLN YP Awards for the year 2015 is going to be held on 30th September,2015.
The awards for students are categorised as

Application forms are available in website – “www.ietchennai.org“. Kindly, Faculty Coordinators has to take in-charge of scrutinizing the application from by the student of their college / University.
Kindly ensure the following
· In each Category, maximum of three student nominations can be send from one college / University/Chapter.
· All nominations have to be send through the faculty advisor only.
· One student can be nominated for a maximum of two awards – More than two nominations shall be eliminated.
· All nominations need be in printed hard copy format only and should be duly signed by the faculty advisor, HOD, Head of the Institution.
· Kindly follow timeline as no leniency could be entertained in this regard.
· Please note that the nominations are invited only for Chapter based awards and not for Network based awards except for iconic event of the year and dynamic chapter awards.
· Network based awards are given to the best nominations made in the chapter based awards category and hence no separate nominations are needed for Network based awards.
· Separate nominations are needed for the following Network based awards only
o Iconic Event of the year - 2015
o Dynamic Chapter Award - 2015
· Awards shall be conferred on the award ceremony, IET CLN will not take any responsibility for the students/staff who are not attending the award ceremony for delivery of the awards.
· No TA/DA/accommodation will be provided for candidates who are attending the ceremony.
· In all cases decision taken by the jury appointed by CLN is final and non appealable.

Release of Nomination forms: 14/09/2015
Deadline for submission: 21/09/2015
Results Announcement in Website: 25/09/2015.
YP award function: 30/09/2015
