Dear Sir,

I will suggest the juniors based on the experience i had during my interview.AKS  generally conducts  4 rounds.

The first round will be Aptitude.Since this round has negative marking it is best to avoid answering the questions which they doesn't know.

The second round will be the IQ round .This is the hardest part of the interview .It depends on the person's patience to handle the pressure.Because this round contains 10 sub-rounds,where the time limit for each sub-round will be 1 or 1(1/2) minute.So i request the students to practice it well.Once they clear this round they can pass the rest of the rounds  easily.Try to answer all the questions in each sub-round.

The Third round will be Debate and this round depends on the communication skill we have.

The Final round will be the HR interview.HR will try to test the patience level of students .Please dont remain silent throughout the round ,try to answer as much as you can and try to think about the solution ,even if you have no idea about the solution.Moreover they will be asking you a question based on a situation so try to answer it as much as you can.
