Excerpts of the Principal meeting held at 1:30 pm.on 19.02.2014

 

Academic Schedule:-

1. Final Year Project Viva Slot-I- (3rd April to 5th April 2014) OR Slot II- (7th April to 9th April 2014)

In this regard,

Review 2 on 6^th,7^th & 10^th & 11^th March 2014.

Final Mock Review with demonstration on 24^th -27^th March 2014.

Last date of report submission - 24^th March 2014.

2. Practical Exam starts from Slot-I - 8th April 2014 to 12th April 2014 OR Slot II -16th April 2014 to 22nd April 2014 for 2nd and 3rd year students.

In this regards, all experiments must be completed and model exam must be conducted before 27th March 2014.  

Last date of record submission -  27th March 2014.

3. Sports Day will be conducted on 22nd March 2014. (Regular classes will be conducted for First Five periods)

4.Cultural Day will be conducted on 28th March 2014.

5. College Day will be conducted on 29th March 2014. (Regular classes will be conducted for First Five periods)

Note:-

1. The portion for model exam is last two units.

2. Remedial classes have been cancelled and it has been converted to theory hour. (Mr. Siva has to do the alteration after consulting with me)

3. Slip tests scheduled  between 21st Feb 2014 and  28th Feb 2014  are cancelled and that first hour has to be converted to regular hours. (Mr.Sive has to do the alteration after consulting with me)

 

 

Re-Test (Only Applicable to 2nd year Students with 1,2 &3 arrears)

 

It has been decided to conduct retest centrally from 21st Feb 2014 to 28th Feb 2014 at KMC Auditorium for the 2nd year students (1-3 arrear students) who have not performed well in Unit Test I. Separate question paper has to be set for them for one and half units with the  same pattern of Unit test question paper. Questions are not limited only to Question Bank. One Faculty member will be deputed in the evening for conducting this test. The entire schedule will be prepared by Mrs.Hema.

Mandatory

Staff members, who are lagging in the syllabus (both theory and lab) are instructed to conduct special class on 22.3.2014 (Saturday) and 01.03.2014 (Saturday).  

The schedule has to be prepared by class teachers by consulting with subject teachers.
