Absentees regarding

[HOD CSE]

Dear all students,

It has been observed that the number of absentees in our department is being increased day by day and the  system of regularity in the department is affected. 

Hereafter absentees will be viewed very seriously.

1. For any valid reason, leave shall be taken with prior approval. Day scholars must bring a letter from their parents for availing leave.

2. For any emergency reason, leave must be informed to the class teacher only through parents before 8 a.m of the day. If the class teacher is unreachable then the leave shall be informed to the counselor. Intimation through SMS will not be considered hereafter. Day scholars must produce a letter from their parents for availing leave. Students taking emergency leave must get the approval of HoD before attending next day classes.

3. If the days of absent exceed 3 days, undertaken must be given by student and if the days exceed 5 days, parent must come and obtain permission from Principal/Vice-Principal for attending further classes.

4. Students kindly note that if you are not maintaining regularity in attending classes, it will affect your benefits like attending symposiums, workshops and industrial visits and tour.
