Applying for OD / Leave regarding

[HOD CSE]

Students are hereby informed that any OD must be authorized by the HoD and students are required to apply OD in the format followed in the department. 

Students applying OD for attending any competitions, workshops, seminars, symposiums, sports etc must be countersigned by the department event coordinator Mrs. Shiny S U in order to record the events participated by students.

Students are strictly informed to apply for leave well in advance before taking leave. Last moment information will be accepted only for emergency cases. Students availing leave without any prior approval will be viewed seriously.
