Hi lads, has anyone seeing Sean Rielley's hurley? It was last seen drinking at Hoopers on snake Saturday. Thanks, Sean |
Good evening everyone,
We will be having training tomorrow at 2 PM at St. Margaret's Park. Come out and play both sports.
Paul
Good morning all,
Reminder, training is at 2pm at St. Margaret's Park. Football first, followed by hurling.
Paul
Practice schedule:Training will be at 2 pm each week unless otherwise stated. The schedule of which sport we start with will alternate each week. So next week we will start with hurling at 2 pm with football at 3:30 pm. If you are only coming out to play football please be there between 3 and 3:15 so we can start at 3:30 pm. The same applies when hurling starts at 3:30 pm.Our tournament:We will be holding our tournament on June 6th at Wyandotte County park. This year we are going with a 7's format which should lead to some fast paced games. There is one team is definitely in and I am waiting to hear back from 3 others. We will have 3 teams representing KCGAC. The names of the captains for our teams will be announced in the next couple of weeks.Pub League:We will be doing a pub league this year. Not sure when that we will right now. Once the details have been finalized I will let everyone know.Nationals:We have decided to make the push to go to Nationals for Football. This year Nationals will be held in Chicago, which should make travel easier. The practice format won't change much (some drills, work on set pieces and scrimmaging).Up the Wolfhounds!-Scott
