Hey guys and gals,

REMINDER!!!! And time update!

The doors will now open at 6:00 and convention will start at 6:30.

It time for the end of the year convention! November 8th!

It will be held at the Irish Center of Kansas City in the lower level of Union Station. Doors open at 6:00 and the convention will start at 6:30p. There will be some food, delicious beverages, and awesome things for the raffle. Perhaps a game or two of LCR as well.

At the convention we will be giving out member awards, end of year reports, voting on 2015's board and voting on amendment changes. There is still time if you would like to be considered for the 2015 board. Below is a list of positions and members that have been nominated (and accepted) so far.

Chair- Mike McInerney

Vice Chair- Brad Forster

- Jeff Owen

Public Relations- Robert McCullough

Recruiting- Mike McInerney

Treasurer- Brendann Nortcott

Secretary- Drake Bynum

To that end, if you've been nominated for a position and wish to decline then let me know as well.

REMINDER: YOU MUST BE PAID UP ON YOUR DUES IN ORDER TO VOTE!

If you have any questions about the positions please email me. I have also attached the position descriptions to this email. These are pictures of the hard copy, I'm working on getting them into a word format. So if you can't read them, let me know. Nominations will close at midnight on November 2nd (TONIGHT!).

If you know a member that you think would fit well in one of these roles, please take the time to express your thoughts to them. If you're interested in a position, reach out to anyone currently filling those roles, they'd be happy to talk to you about it. We have a lot of very talented members on and off the field and this a great way to show your skills and help improve the club from the inside.
