FAMILY GROUP [02.26.10]

Hi everybody!

we will be going over chapter five titled plan and prepare of the nehemiah leadership book.

please read the chapter before coming to fg on friday! 

seriously, no joke. please read it before this friday.

if you haven't read Nehemiah in its entirety, try to do so before coming on friday.

as a family group leader we are  not there to give you all the information and teach you everything about the chapter.

instead we are there to facilitate conversation.

majority of the talking should be done by you guys, not us.

so with that said, you've been warned. you will all have to talk.

we will sit there in silence for hours and hours until someone speaks.

no joke. we will be at fg for hours and hours instead of the normal 2-3 hours.

print out chapter 5: Plan and Prepare and bring it with you to fg =)

some have mentioned that they can't print their copy on campus computer labs. 

not exactly sure what the problem is because others haven't had any problems printing.

if you can't get it to print, ask a campus computer technician.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

1) NO ONE for any reason is allowed to switch family groups. attend the family group you were assigned to at the beginning of the semester.

2) We are planning on going on a ski/snowboarding trip this saturday 02.27.10 to Hidden Valley.

if you're interested in going please let your family group leader know ASAP.

3) Each family group will be preparing a presentation for Easter Sunday.

Rebecca's fg will be doing a body worship.

Tim's fg will make a decision soon.

4) Just a reminder about KUPC's prayer meetings which are Monday - Thursday at 10:30 PM in Dowd Room at the UC. It's a great time to pray with other brothers & sisters as one body.

5) After family group this Friday we will be picking accountability partners.
