KCACTF Region III Festival

Hello! I am one of the Vice Chairs for Design, Technology and Management (DTM) for Region III. We are once again gearing up for our Region III festival. If you will be joining us in Madison WI January 7-11, 2020, your help is needed. It takes at least 40 faculty and staff to respond to the student design projects. Please consider this opportunity for professional service to your regional festival. We need Faculty and Staff Designers/Directors/Technicians as Respondents for Regional Design Projects.
These are brief written responses to Costume, Lighting, Makeup, Scenic, Sound, Media, and Crafts/Engineering/Management (CEM) designs. A simple electronic response form is provided, and no oral critique is required. Typically, you would have between three and five designs to respond to, and you could peruse them when your schedule allows between the opening of the expo and Saturday morning. Below is a list of this year’s plays. We have digital copies of the plays and musical if you would like to review them, please let me know and I'll send you the link. If you are willing to help, I will be happy to supply you with an instruction packet when you check in, and a thank you letter for your personnel file. Please let me know if you are interested and which area(s) of design you prefer (scenery, costumes, lighting, makeup, sound, media, CEM). If you know of someone who would be interested but is not on my list, please let me know. I look forward to hearing from you!
