Hello!

KCACTF 2020 Festival 52 is approaching! Be sure to share the information below with your students who are Irene Ryan nominees, as well as any faculty members who serve as Irene Ryan advisors/coaches.

Please share this link to our updated website with your Irene Ryan Scholarship nominees: https://kcactf3.org/irene-ryan-acting-scholarship-audition/
All Ryan nominees MUST submit the online Irene Ryan Registration form by DEC. 15th in order to participate. PLEASE NOTE: Ryan nominees and partners must also have a paid festival registration in order to participate in the Irene Ryan Scholarship Auditions.

In particular this year: We will be running two Ryan preliminary audition rooms simultaneously (on Tuesday, Jan. 7th & Wed., Jan. 8th), which means we need more Ryan nominees & partners to be available for Tuesday afternoon & evening auditions. The registration form asks Ryan nominees to note availability for Tuesday afternoon and/or evening. If your students are available for either the afternoon or evening slots (or both!) on Tuesday, Jan. 7th, please have them indicate this on the registration form--it will be very helpful for this new Ryan Preliminary schedule!

Also please note: this year, there is ONE Irene Ryan Registration form for nominees to fill out--they must have all of the publishing information for their selected material (see link to the National Website for info on Rights/Royalties for the Ryans at the above link); they must also know their involvement—as much as possible—in other festival events, as well as any other events that their partner may be involved in. Once the Ryan registration form is submitted, the Ryan faculty advisor (coach) will receive an email with a link to the “Irene Ryan Student Verification” form. FACULTY ADVISORS/COACHES: Please submit this form as soon as you receive it!

I look forward to seeing you & your students this January in Madison! Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Best regards,

Missy
