KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - About a mile northeast of an apparent murder on
56th and Park Street, Kansas City Police found a second homicide in a
matter of hours at East 52nd Street and Walrond Avenue.
It happened in the early morning hours at 12:30 a.m.
Upon arrival, officers located an adult man suffering from unknown bodily
trauma inside a residence. Officers performed first aid until EMS arrived
and declared the victim deceased.
There is no suspect information available at this time. The circumstances
surrounding the homicide are still being investigated.
Homicide detectives and Crime Scene Personnel have processed the scene to
recover any evidence and are looking to speak to any potential witnesses.
