to KC Prayer Shawl Ministry
As some of you may remember, another Studio hat I wear is newsletter
editor. I am currently working on the October 2007-January 2008
newsletter. One of the first events on this calendar is a Fall Fiber
Fest--planned for Sunday, October 7 which is also the first Sunday of
October and a regular Prayer Shawl meeting date. We are inviting
fiber artists, spinners, dyers, etc. to share their craft and their
wares. I would like to use this opportunity to expand our prayer
shawl ministries...so I am suggesting that we have a table of our own,
with information about the ministry and House of Menuha and prayer
shawl makers knitting and crocheting away. There will also be a Stash
Swap scheduled that day, who knows, we may get some donations of yarn!
I will be there--who would like to join me?
