Thursday evening-- Shawl ministry gathering

Greetings-
There's a Shawl Ministry gathering at the Studio this Thursday evening
from 6-7:30pm. Please come if you can! Bettie Franklin has some
completed shawls to show and share. I'm plugging away, as I continue
to juggle multiple projects. There are some lovely new yarns at the
Studio (although I don't remember if any are superwash!) from the
Mirasol Project (see http://www.mirasolperu.com/ for more
information). I helped price them on Saturday and am making some
samples for display.

I'm so delighted to feel the cool air this evening -- I'm happy to
spend more time knitting and less time sweating!

I will be there helping with another class--but I will drop by. I
have three shawls that Nancy McDonald knitted and left for me at the
Studio already in my car and one that I am desparate to finish. So if
anyone has shawls done on Thursday, I will add them to my collection
and deliver them to House of Menuha on Friday.
My, we have turned into an industrious prayer shawl producing group!
