Great news for bike commuters that cross the Missouri River. MoDOT is
retrofitting the Heart of America Bridge a year sooner than promised.
By late 2010 the northbound shoulder will become a barrier-separated
bike/ped path between 3rd Street in KCMO and 10th Ave. in NKC.
