Commercial Mortgage - Manager
Due diligence lease abstractions.
Underwriting and DE experience is a plus.
Carry your own pipeline to process, close and fund at a time.
Organization and Quality Control of paperwork submitted.
Self-Starter, High Energy, Social, Professional, and Well organized with creative problem solving capability.
Exceptional Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, the Internet and Internet Applications (i.e. Google Docs).
Entrepreneurial Spirit is a must. Able to work well under pressure and multi-task.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Skilled at developing and maintaining business relationships.
Experience : 5 – 8 years
