Requirements:
BE / Mtech,ME Civil
18+ yrs of experience in designing, for residential and commercial buildings. (Not bridges and highways)
Ability to handle 6 to 7 teams (Each team consisting of 10 employees).
Good Communication Skills to interact with clients.
