Some people are having trouble opening the full new group replacing the old KBS INFORMED GROUP within the next couple of days.If you are asked to sign in , it is just a way of asking you to identify yourself as a member of the Google family.If you do not have an already existing Google account to log in,then you must go through a "Navjote" ceremony to belong to the Google community by creating a Google account as below---WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR OTHER NON-GOOGLE current e-mail arrangement---you can limit this to a ONE TIME DEAL for viewing the new forum group message.YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE CONVERTED !! Create a Google Account

Use the same username and password to sign in to everything Google

You go to www.youtube.com, and create a Google Account. Email notifications to your account
If you signed up for Gmail with your Google Account, we’ll send all account related notification emails to your new Gmail address, which will be your user...@gmail.com.
If you chose to sign up for a Google Account without Gmail, we'll send these notifications to the email address you provided at sign up, like your Hotmail or Yahoo email.
