Dear Kundan,The move by the Forest department violates the FRA no doubt but they are going ahead. VSS cease to have any rights or powers over the local forests. So how can they implement the Ama Jungle Yojana? They are going to spend more than Rs.1,000 crores on this illegal program.I wonder why the NGOs of Odisha working for tribal rights and forest rights are silent over this major violation ? I understand that many have already applied for grants to the Forest department for implementing this program. Hence the silence is understandable.Yours sincerely,BiswajitOn Tue, Aug 18, 2015 at 7:11 AM, Ghasiram Panda <ghasir...@gmail.com> wrote:Dear Kundan bhai and friends,Responding to my application on Ama Jungle youjan violating FRA though MOTA has asked for an action taken report, I am yet to receive the views of Odisha Govt on the same.
