Website is rarely update. Does KBE development still active? Is it ready for production? Is it possible to use KBE for seasoned MMO(all players in small instances, no big world)

Yes, time is used to develop KBE, so the site is not updated.
KBE is still in active development.

Currently there are some games already in the use of KBE.
