help. creating a server with no-ip.org

hi! anyone knows how to open a server using no-ip.org services?
i registered to the site and created a host, and downloaded the
client, but i don't know what port i should use to have the server
operative.
when i try to connect with kbang to my server it simply doesnt log. :\

1. Register domain on no-ip.
2. Install software on your PC/server.
3. Ony connect external HOST Internet use your domain. The users for
connect your Server use your domain and Port default.
4. ¿Problemas? ¿Port?, ¿Firewall?, ¿Server Status Online?.
