I would love to contribute time and effort in the form of some UI
images (backgrounds, etc.)
UI can do a lot, and some juicy graphics could augment this already-
awesome game.

I just added an example of how the game with a new "coat of paint"
might look. bang-ui-0001.jpg (2) is the correct one. The original
didn't remove red highlight around the active player.
