Updated version of KBA Standard

We have updated some of the text in the francophone KBA Standard to better clarify the text for criterion B2 – this is now available here and attached: https://portals.iucn.org/library/node/46320

Please circulate this version to your networks. Thanks

 

The main change is to use a standard term for restricted-range throughout the document when referring to criterion B2 rather than multiple terms that differed from the definition on page 12

I hope this finds you well, I wish to know if the KBA secretariat will be organizing events at the COP15 in Montreal starting next week. 

Our organization - AJESH will be hosting a side event on community led leadership in biodiversity conservation within KBA on 18  Dec and we will need  panelists. 

Your feedback or that of other KBA members are welcome.
