Dear SHIFA Adhoc Committee Members,

On behalf of RKWA I would like to announce our decision to offer support SHIFA based on resolutions passed in the last executive committee meeting.

 

1.  Br Mohamed Noohu would represent RKWA as a executive member in SHIFA

2. His email id is ahmd...@gmail.com and his skype id is ahmdnooh

3. RKWA recommends Dr.Ibrahim (Pediatrician) as one of the candidate for honorary team

4. RKWA's contribution towards SHIFA's operational expenses is: INR 10000 for fixed and INR 15000 for variable.

5. Fund allocation to applications is raised only through our internal meeting not through any other options.

6. RKWA would observe SHIFA for six months to 1 year. Till that period, RKWA would also continue its usual process of helping the medical applications addressed directly to us without affecting SHIFA's operations.

Dear Brothers

Assalamu Alaikum,

My humble opinion is KWAs should join and route applications and help

only through shifa.Thats agreement based on first meeting. If any KWAs has got reservations

about process of Shifa, then they can wait and join later instead of joining half hearted.

Also Big KWAs like singapore and riyadh should contribute Rs.25000.

Thats also agreement based on our first meeting.

If I remember correctly, there is no compulsion as to how much a KWA should contribute. It was recommended in the meeting that this should be the amount, but I don't think this was a compulsory amount...each KWA is free to contribute what they wish.

There is Rs.11000 more needed for Variable expenses. If KFUHK joins then fine, otherwise some

KWAs need to contribute more to make up this Rs.11000.

Point 6 of RKWA is not at all accepted to MicroKayal.

ALL APPLICATIONS (WHETHER RELATIVES OF KWA MEMBERS) SHOULD BE THROUGH SHIFA.

MASTER COMPUTER ACADEMY OR MR.THARWESH KAKA SHOULD NOT SEND ANY APPLICATIONS

DIRECTLY TO KWA'S. IF KWA'S RECEIVE ANY APPLICATIONS, THEY SHOULD REROUTE TO SHIFA.

THIS IS FOREMOST FOR OPENING SHIFA.

We wish to put more conditions for future name change of MicroKayal if RKWA persists with this point

which is related to trust of how SHIFA gonna be in 6 months/1 year.

Insha Allah we will discuss with our team again and come back with our own list of conditions in last meeting.

Please avoid some misunderstanding at this stage.

 

After forming SHIFA, it will not be advisable to help the medically needy people internally which is against

the principle of forming SHIFA - medical assistance under one umberalla.

 

RKWA can advise the moderator to post the applications they receive.

 

We advise all concerned that applications will be received through the Administrator in Kayalpatnam.

 

But, this will not happen overnight and may take few months. Meantime, Applications can be received by

anyone but to be forwarded to the Administrator in Kayal. This is simple. We are not going to differentiate

the applications received by x y z organization, but on the urgency level, it will be portaited on the website.

 

With regard to the contribution, we fixed the amount from 15 - 25 K annually depending on the size of the

KWA either by its strength and financial standing. Instead of compelling someone, please be polite to request

them to increase their contribution to meet the required expenses.

 

These noble efforts are undertaken for the benefits of our own brothers and sisters, hence please do not

contradict to the agreed terms which divert all our attentions.

 

Can everyone consider this as ADHOC committee's request ??????

Dear All,

Assalammu Alaikkum WRWB. I would like to clarify couple of things here since it sounds like key points are misunderstood by few. 

1. When we say OBSERVE SHIFA's Performance for first 6months - 1 year (#6), it sounds like me we are not completely aligned  & confident on SHIFA. If each & every KWA's take a decision (or thing) to go by #6, it would spoil the purpose of forming SHIFA since the key purpose of forming SHIFA is to avoid DUPLICATES by ROUTING all applications through SHIFA only. Obviously, KWA team can take a call (decision) on amt allocation to each & every application. So Let us take a first step with complete hope. 

2. I would like to recall our adhoc meetings (esp. our kick off...play back audio recording if reqd) where we discussed about operational expenses. I.e. 10 - 15k for Minor KWA's and 25 - 30k for Major KWA's. It was explained why do we've these two categories as well. 25 - 30k for Major KWA's decided based on Major KWA's contribution towards IQRA and also by accounting anticipated operational expenses for SHIFA.

We couldn't meet up operational expenses if Major KWA's also contributing Minor KWA's 10 - 15k. We set this 10 - 15k. range inorder to make it easy for minor KWA's. Its FYI. Our current operational expenses doesn't account AO Assistant. Our operational exp. would go up once we bring AO Assitant onboard (employ) . 

We don't have any issues even if Major KWA's also would like to contribute the minimum range set for Minor KWA's but somehow we need to find a way out to meet up operational expenses. Probably some individuals (from their pocket) in Ad hoc or Executive team members can come forward to cover it up inorder to run SHIFA successfully. This is just a back up plan or personal suggestion.

Please understand this & throw your concerns/ suggestions. May Allah strengthen our efforts and guide us on this.

Assalammu Alaikkum WRWB. All praise be to almighty Allah and with all your support, we are moving into the next phase (i.e. setting up Executive team & Kick off in kayal) of our SHIFA formation. 

I hate to say this again. Please excuse me for this. We all should on the same page on key items esp. NO DUPLICATION ON HELPING NEEDY.  Incase if any of the SHIFA stakeholder helping needy separately on their own through their regular/current process which means, not routing application through SHIFA... It will become a challenge, nightmare & uproot the efforts which we've been putting forward until today. 

Let us have a hope on our goal and work together for the success of SHIFA which is a wonderful dream.. getting into reality (insa Allah) for a good cause. May Allah help us to guide and taste the success of this by helping the Needy.

Yes, I agree 100% with the point of Br.Mohamed & his concern.

Creating single window to help our community in medical line would be a BIG achievement in our social field, which we couldn't succeed thru our IQRA for education.

If all of us (KWAs) are united in this valuable concept, we can make it done, inshaa Allah, even though if we face little bit  plus/minus situations to our KWAs initially..

 

Pray Almighty Allah for a GREAT success of our SHIFA's VISION/MISSION and benefits to our kayal community forever, inshaa Allah.
