Dear brothers Assalamu Alaikum,

I hope everyone has a clear knowledge about the Skype meeting which is going to be held today insha allah .

TIMING: 7:00pm (IND) 9:30pm (Singapore/HK); 8:30pm (Thailand); 4:30pm (Middle East : Saudi Kuwait Bahrain & Qatar); 5:30pm (UAE & Oman);
Meeting place: SKYPE (ID -  Kayalshifa).

Special request on this meeting
Any brothers who has opinions to share in the meeting from your KWAs are free to join the meeting along with their respective executives.

Agenda:
1.    Roll call - 2 minutes
2.    Last meetings summary -3 minutes
3.    Discussing the present status of all the before meetings – 20 minutes
4.    Finalize the current issues -20 minutes
5.    Next step -

 I understand that many of us are having minor distractions in Skype while the meeting is on.
So, to avoid such minor distractions and to held a smooth and successful Skype conference,
please follow the following instructions/tips

1.    Please avoid participating in the conference with the use of 2G mobile connections.
2.    Please, prefer external microphone/headphone for good sound quality and conversation.
3.    Make sure that you put in mute after your turn/conversation.
 4.    Participants are, requested to attend the conference from a place where proper privacy is available.
 5.    Requesting you all to join 5 - 10mins prior to the meeting which will help us to start the meeting on                                                          time.
6.    Please text the coordinator to join the conference rather than Skyping if you are late at any cause. (To avoid interruption)
 7.    We should hold the meeting according to our agenda, let us stick to the timing (1 hr) since it’s too late (midnight) for guys in HK/Singapore/Thailand
8.    Participants should get a chance for expressing their opinions in the conference. (We should give
space for other participants rather than rotating a same opinion)
 9.    Any open-ended questions will be pushed to the next meeting.
