Assalamu Alaikum wrwb.

Dear All, Hope you all are fine.

Alhamdulillah, i spent last 4 days in Kayalpatnam.

I discussed with Brs. Salai Saleem, Hasan and Mohideen regarding Shifa's last Adhoc meeting and things around that.

The details are already floated in the emails.

Also i met brother Siraj, the first applicant  proposed for AO of Shifa.

He is well known to me (only when personally i saw him and not during we discussed his name in the meetings) and i personally interviewed with him and put forth the challenges and requirements needed the most for being in the office of Shifa.

He knows various welfare schemes announced by the Govt.

along with that he also knows the NGOs.

And on the knowledge of computer he knows Word and Excel.

Only lacking is that he is not frequented with online. Once trained he will catch up. His brain is fertile for all of that. Alhamdulillah.

We can utilize his service for the first 3-6 months, on probation, and later on we appoint him for the service of AO if all is well around him.

i strongly recommend his name.
