Assalammu Alaikkum WRWB. We are not going to request sign off for SHIFA Program mgmt plan since its a living document and getting updated at regular intervals

So we've prepared a separate document which highlights the agreed upon to kick off SHIFA in Kayal.

Please find attached document and provide your approval by 05/05

Assalammu Alaikkum WRWB.  There was some typo in my earlier mail on executive names.  I've corrected in below table.  

Couple of our Ad hoc committee members have send some nomination / recommendation for SHIFA's Honorary team as well through their email. As we discussed in the last meeting, we've requested only EXECUTIVE MEMBER NAME, NOT FOR HONORARY TEAM. There is some honorary team selection process which executive team will come up in their meetings. So please send their names once again when we get into that stage (ie executive committee request for it)

Assalammu Alaikkum WRWB. We are going with 15 KWA's as SHIFA stakeholders. By this, whoever (KWA's) confirmed their participation as ' stakeholder' has agreed to support SHIFA and its operational expenses (as identified in the below table) every year.

Please let us know incase if any of our stakeholders disagree with this commitment by End of day tomorrow (i.e. 02/05/2013). Otherwise it will be assumed that, everyone is agreed and approving the below commitment.

Verify your KWA's SHIFA executive member email & skype id(table below). I've created group id for executive member and copied them in this email as well. 

Br. Younus - Please pass me your SHIFA's executive member email / skype id immediately. 

Please remind your SHIFA's executive member that, we've a meeting on this Friday (May 3rd) Insa Allah. I will send a separate mail with agenda for that. 

SHIFA Ad hoc committee members also most welcome to join the call along with their executive members (i.e. by sitting next to them... not through their skype id) as a silent listener

Timing: 7:00pm (IND) 9:30pm (Singapore/HK); 8:30pm (Thailand); 4:30pm (Middle East : Saudi Kuwait Bahrain & Qatar); 5:30pm (UAE & Oman);

Operational Expenses 

We are running short of Rs. 1000 in variable expenses which should be okay and it can be covered incase if any other KWA's join SHIFA in future.
