I cant attend.we will send our assosiation executive member as my replacement.till whatever we discussed today,here is my opinion.currently microkayal is doing good job,now it is the time to merge with shifa do excellant job.thats why we form an organisation to fulfill the medical needs.before an application comes to the microkayal website,it has to be thoroughly scrutinized by panal of doctors in our medical team abroad(KWA'S) and we should try to have group of service minded doctors in all the specialities back in india.so that when the application is provisionaly approved by our medical team in abroad,that patient should be directed to a concerned specialist back in india.he has to to certify the diagosis,proposed treatment,( if there is any other alternative choice to make the patients condition better )and the about the estimated  cost is reasonable.what ever the money spent,it has to improve the patient condition for sure.we dont tht money to get wasted because of wrong diagnosis and to a doctor with financial intrest alone.once the specialist certify the patient,the application should come to the microkayal website.if the online fund rising is insufficient for any particular case it should come to our executive committe to discuss about to fulfil the needy.the patient should not be given money in hand,instead we have to directly pay the hospital bill within the approved amount.

I agree with Dr's comments.

The formation of SHIFA should be made simple. The document "SHIFA Mgmt Prg Plan" has to be modified...like instead of Stake Holders {(Majority & Minority = which means they a have a share in SHIFA which in turn is not a listed Company instead it's a Society} could be changed to Executive Members and Ordinary Members.

The core objective is to reduce the duplication of applications and the verification process shd be made simple with a dedicated AO to check through the application and send it to a designated data base where all EXCO Members of SHIFA can access...for this MK website could be used. All EXCO Members could send in their contributions (incl MK). 

This is the process we (Singapore, Riyadh, Jeddah & Dammam) are performing. We have a simple memorandum of understanding, uploading the applications and communicating for an effective way of approving applications. There by reducing the duplications! This process was since 2006/07, and we don't have any complications/issues faced so far...alhamdulillah!

That should be the way we should imply for the formation of SHIFA. Instead of Mgmt Prog plan, we could write up a Memorandum of Understanding a simple process which will get every KWAS & MK approval with mutual understanding.

When I read thru the plan noticed Item 2.1 (below) the transformation of MK to SHIFA. Am having a doubt wzr MK will be integrated into SHIFA or will be an EXCO Member of SHIFA? If former then the name of all MK shd be changed to SHIFA (including the website). There may be a transition period of say 6 months to change the name (to inform its existing members that MK had integrated to SHIFA and all the channels will be under SHIFA (for those existing MK members). If MK is going to be a part of SHIFA like any other KWAS, then below statement is not required as MK had its identity and will do its own marketing for its members. Then contribute to SHIFA.

• Plan and execute all pre-requisites for a successful formation of SHIFA and transformation MicroKayal.com (by keeping the name as it is) into SHIFA. 

Item 3.2 Benfits   -  Single window system for receiving Medical application & fund distribution (here it says all fund distribution is through SHIFA) but item 10.1 ·      All KWAs and individual donors donate only through this medium.

Above means all donate through MK and funds distributed through SHIFA?

The organization structure looks too complicated...item 6.2 says "The Proposed Organization will have an Executive team represented by Stakeholders and MicroKayal Team, in which 5 members are part of Cloud Team"... why there is a differentiation between Stakeholders and MK? I don't understand this....

and too many Cloud Technical/Cloud Communication/Cloud Planning. This needs to get modified.

Item 7.1 (AO) ·         Act as a Liaison Officer for MicroKayal.com. what does this mean? need clarification...why the AO has to act as a Liason officer for MK since MK is part of SHIFA? 

if MK is part of SHIFA (by not integrating), lets say in future if SHIFA wants to have its own identity by hosting a website what will be the cause and clause? because when you have a product and to market it, the public will search through the product name not through MK. the diversion of website may not be a good idea as it may create confusion and doubts over the new browsers.

And comparing the By Law, noticed its says SHIFA MEDICAL TRUST...have we decided wzr to start shifa as a trust? 

We Singapore want's SHIFA to be a SOCIETY, not a TRUST. Other KWAS could pour in your views on this pls...

Can I request people suggest members for Medical Team so that we can start communicating and formulating ideas. These can then be put forward to Exec Team.

Once the Exec Team(ET) is formed, how will Honorary team(HT) and Medical team(MT) communicate with ET. Are ET members also allowed to be part of HT or MT?

If they are not ET members, will a representative from each team be present at ET meetings, to put forward their suggestions etc but not be involved in decision making? 

Kindly advise how this will work.
