 அஸ்ஸலாமு அழைக்கும். 

'ஷிஃபா' வின் துவக்க விழா மிக இனிதே நடந்து முடிந்தது.  அல்ஹம்து லில்லாஹ்! தனது ஈமெயில் மூலம் நம்மையெல்லாம் உசுப்பி விட்டு, அதன் பின்னர் அட்ஹாக் கமிட்டி என்றெல்லாம் நம் கருத்துப் பரிமாற்றங்கள் களைகட்ட  காரணமாக இருந்த நவாஸ் காக்கா & அட்ஹாக் கமிட்டி உறுப் பினர்களையும் இந்த நல்ல தருணத்தில் நம்மால் மறக்க இயலாது. 

'ஷிஃபா'  நம்  நீண்ட நாள் கனவாக இருந்தாலும் குறுகிய காலத்தில் அதன் தோற்றம்... "டீம் வொர்க்" என்பதற்க்கு மிகச்சிறந்த உதராணம் என்றால் அது மிகையாகாது.  அதற்க்கு மிகச்சிறந்த ஒரு எடுத்துக்காட்டு... 'ஷிஃபா' வின் துவக்க விழா முடிவடைந்த பின்னர், மரியாதைக்குரிய  ஹாஜி காக்கா அவர்கள் மனவுமந்து சற்று உணர்ச்சியுடன் என் கரங்களை பற்றி  பகிர்ந்து கொண்ட 'வாழ்த்துக்கள்' . 

" தம்பி... மிகவும் அருமையான முயற்சி. உள்நாடு & வெளிநாடு என பறந்து விரிந்து வாழும் நம் மக்களை  அமைப்புகளை அவ்வளவு எளிதில் ஒரு குடையின் கீழ் கொண்டு வருவது கடினம். ஆனால் நீங்கள் அனைவரும் ஒன்றிணைந்து வெற்றி கண்டுள்ளீர்கள் என்று கூறி துஆ செய்தார்கள் "

எல்லாப் புகழும் இறைவனுக்கே !! இதனை நான் இங்கே பரிமாறுவதட்கு மிக முக்கிய காரணம்... இது  நமக்கு ஒரு ஊக்க மருந்து (டானிக்) மற்றுமன்றி பொதுமக்களின் எதிர்பார்ப்பு + நாம் கடந்து போக வேண்டிய பாதையை ( மக்கள் சேவையை) நம் கடமையுணர்ந்து பொறுப்புணர்ந்து மிக செவ்வனே செய்ய வேண்டும் என்ற நன்னோக்கில் !!

 'ஷிஃபா' துவங்குவதட்க்கு முன்னர் எப்பேர் பட்ட புத்துணர்வுடன் மன எழுச்சியுடன் ஒன்றாக உழைத்தோமோ அதை விட பலமடங்கு... இனி வரப்போகின்ற நாட்களில் (குறிப்பாக முதல் ஓரிரு வருடங்கள்) உழைத்தால் தான் வலிமையான அடித்தளத்தை கொண்ட அமைப்பாக 'ஷிஃபா' வை நாம் மாற்ற இயலும். வல்ல ரஹ்மான் அதற்கு  துணை புரிவானாக !!

 'ஷிஃபா' திட்ட ப்ளானில் ஏற்கனவே நாம் குறிப்பிட்டதை போல.. 'ஷிஃபா' செயற்க்குழு உறுப்பினர்களை தனிக் குழுக்களாக பிரித்து வேலைகளை பகிர்ந்து கொண்டால் வேலைகள் துரிதமாகவும் நடக்கும். எல்லோருக்கும் அது வசதியாகவும் இருக்கும் என்பது  என்னுடைய கருத்து. 

நம்முடைய  அடுத்த கட்ட நடவடிக்கை அல்லது திட்டம் என்ன என்பதனையும், அக்சன் ஐட்டம்ஸ் களையும் எக்ஸ்சல் சீட்டில் ட்ராக் செய்து 'ஷிஃபா' செயற்க்குழுவுக்கு பரிந்துரை செய்ய அல்லது அவ்விடயங்களை முடக்கி விட சகோ. சிராஜ் அவர்களை கேட்டு கொள்கின்றேன். அதன் முதற்கட்டமாக தேர்ந்தெடுக்க பட்ட அனைத்து 'ஷிஃபா' செயற்குழு உறுப்பினர்களையும் நமது கூகிள் குரூப் ஐடியில் சேர்க்கவும்.

Alhamdhulillah, happy to hear all news through our reps. The physical chats missed somewhere in the virtual line. So there was some gaps in understanding things. Assalamu alaikum..

Very happy to see the birthday activities of our dream SHIFA association thru websites. Alhamdu lillah. 

Jazakumullahu khaira for one and all (initiators,adhoc team,exec. team & co-ordinating individuals & organisations) who altogether made this success. 

SHIFA is no more a dream, but true now..

What next is the question now?

Its on the shoulders of the elected/selected Office-bearers plus Ex-Com team to turn this venture into a more profitable one for our aakhira by planning & executing properly..

Hope & pray for the BEST;

inshaa Allah, we are always available to hand our full support to SHIFA to achieve its goals n milestones, for the sake of Allah.
