21. FINANCE AND AUDIT:
b) The accounts of the TRUST shall be regularly maintained and the
accounting year of the TRUST shall be the financial year (1 April to
31 March) and the accounts shall be closed by 31st March and the
same shall be audited by a qualified Chartered Accountant(s).
In this point please consider AGM and the Secretary and the Treasurer need to present their financial account in the meeting. So make appropriate time for between this two.
25. FILING:
a) The following Records should be submitted at the District Registrar
Office within the stipulated period after the Annual General
meeting.

Form 6 members list.
b) If members were admitted, dismissed, resigned or elected, the
changes should be filed in Form 7 to the District Registrar Office
within 3 months.
c) The Change in Address of the TRUST should be filed in Form 5 to
the District Registrar Office within 3 months.
d) If any Special Resolution were taken, it must be filed to the District
Registrar Office within 3 months with Minutes copy.
