Title: C#.Net Developer for Fixed Income Trading Systems!
Location: Charlotte NC
Duration: - 6 plus month
Rates: 40/hr - c2c


5+ years in .NET technologies thick client development, not ASP.Net
Must have strong knowledge of OOP theory will be substantial contact
with end-users on trading floor & operations area
Experience with Fixed Income Trading Systems a big plus


Job Description:
· C#.NET Developer responsible for software development of
internet-based, fixed income trading applications for a leading
financial institution.
· The role is largely development oriented, however the
candidates must be conversant with systems development life cycle
methodologies, including requirements analysis, technical development,
and deployment methodologies as well as supporting the technical needs
of each trading entity.
· The position will encompass a range of varied tasks working
with Front, Middle and Back office; Technology and Operations line
staff in Charlotte, NC to:Design, develop and test highly
scalable .NET based applications and components using C# as the main
programming language; Provide technical support, ranging from system
walkthroughs to tactical development, for in-house built and third
party sourced systems;
· Assist multiple teams with application and component
deployments such as QA, roll out and product adoption.

Required skills include:
· .NET framework, C#, WinForms, XML, relational databases
(preferably MS SQL Server).

Desired skills include: Fixed Income Trading Systems experience.

Required Experience:

5–7 years software development experience in .NET technologies
Strong working knowledge in C#, WinForms and XML
Strong working knowledge with relational databases – preferably MS SQL
Server
Experience in AGILE development methodology

Experience in the use of the Object Oriented paradigm
Good communication skills, analytical skills and a highly professional
attitude are essential, as there will be substantial business contact
with end-users on the Trading Floor and in the Operations area
