Hi!
An extra day would not be a problem for me BUT
I've lost track of the dates for the Scottish Trip. Please can you remind me.
I'm going to France on the 12th June for a week so these days are no longer available to me.
Hope it's not this week because I'd love to be able to join you.
Cheers!

Hello guys.
Those dates are fine for me.
Will check the route details when I get home of holiday and arrange a meeting point in the North West.
Be in touch
Cheers!

Martin I'm in Thornbury, South Gloucestershire. Where would you like to meet up. Maybe on the nearest motorway service station to you?
I'll let you choose.

Can I have the route and each nights stop off points along with who is wanting B & B and how much they are happy to pay then I'll make some enquires. As I'm retired I've more time on my hands than most of you.

I tend to agree that cramming to many hours into each day will take the enjoyment out of the trip. As much as I am glad that I did my trip around western Europe it did take a lot out of me. Mind you I'm an old man. However I personally wouldn't be happy to try and cram 10 hours into each day.
Cheers!

Yes fine. Just give me a place and a time.
Cheers!

Hello Martin Jack here.
Here is my mobile number. 07801 704075. Didn't realise you lived so close to me. I'm in Thornbury South Gloucestershire.
If you fancy a ride out one evening now the days are longer just let me know.
I can be up your end at a time to suit you as I don't work.
Only evening I can't make it is Wednesday.
On the Scottish Trip if you like and are able we can head north a day earlier or the night before and stay at my place just north of Manchester and meet the others in that part of the world.
When we get to see the routes we can decide where. Just a thought. You might not be able to do this.

I paid a 30 deposit tonight to Middle Ruddings , near Keswick.
They'll confirm that on the confirmation letter they send to you.
Thanks again for finding the B&B.

Hope you all have a great time guys and the weather is good to you.
Must be a relief to get your accommodation sorted.
Look forward (with envy) to the reports and pics afterwards.
Cheers!

p.s. My wrist after my crash suffered more damage than I realised at the time. Torn tendons are still keeping me in a splint.

I bought one but crashed the bike before I got chance to use it.
I've decided to get the bike back on the road once my wrist is right.
Anyone know a good source for fairings?
