Version 141127 of Kaviar, much expanded in content

We released an updated version of Kaviar (141127). http://db.systemsbiology.net/kaviar/

• Lots of changes in content: updated all public sources, added new public sources, and expanded the set of ISB founder genomes from 44 to 780.

• The number of variants in Kaviar grew from 53 M to 151 M.

• We now provide downloads in VCF format, with pre-computed integrated allele frequencies, at http://db.systemsbiology.net/kaviar/Kaviar.downloads.html

• The previous versions are still available, but deprecated.
