Updated SST data structures

Hi all,

I just updated the SST data structures according to the last code review results. The good news is, I fixed all compilation issues and ensured that all existing tests pass. Please rebase your analysis branches to the new data structures and use them .

However, there is a disclaimer. :) The focus of this refactoring was mainly on the interface of the data structures, so some of them don’t have valid/meaningful equals/hashCode implementations by now and/or are not tested at all (yet!).

I’m trying to update the missing parts every day bit by bit, but you know that I am just attending the FSE conference, so bear with me… Thanks!

I’m really happy to see so many commits over the last days, keep up the good work!
