Upgrade to ReSharper 9.2

On a related note: I had some issues with the "KaVE.RS.Commons.Test_Integration" project, because the upgrade somehow messed up the NuGet dependencies and I could not run any tests. I fixed this on my current working branch, but it is not yet on master.

I don't think that this should affect any of you, but in case you experience any strange "missing XY.dll" errors or anything else related to NuGet, please get in contact with me, before you invest a lot of time fixing ReSharper... ;)
