Can not run kautilya.rb

Hi,

I've followed the intruction but it have not worked. Here is the warning that i get. I don't know how to fix this:

[root@localhost Kautilya]# ./kautilya.rb

[Update] I've updated into ruby version 2.3.1 and rvm 1.27.0. Here is my new error:
