[Rachel Weitzman Yeh]

Dear KGG members,

Let's welcome the new semester and welcome our guest speakers, Raed Bkayrat  and Mashhoor Baeshen for this 1st meeting of the Spring semester.  Raed and Mashhoor, engineers, are working in Economic Development in a new department called Technology Advancement Group (TAG).  They have an initiative called the New Energy Oasis (NEO) located on the demonstration and testing site for renewable technologies.  Together they will brief us their plans for an eco friendly house and a green cafe on that site.

Date:  Tuesday, February 8, 2011
Time: 6-7:30PM
Place: Building 18, Student Center, Fellowship Hall, 4th Floor, Room 4203

Look forward to seeing you on Tuesday and please come with your ideas on what projects you'd like to see happen at KAUST for Earth Day, April 22, 2011.
