Tamimi dishonesty??

I bought a vacuum cleaner from Tamimi a couple of months ago. My fault is that I did not unpack because I was moving. I did unpack it today and to my surprise it was basically thrown in without its accessories. It looked like a new vacuum cleaner but in fact that tape that was used does not stick well and you can unstick it without tearing the paper. So either someone stole the flat piece that we use to sweep the floor or that TAMIMI people are getting screwed up without them knowing..but we end up paying the higher price.
I also bought two brooms that broke upon very first use...I mean first sweep they come apart with no hope of fixing it.

I know there are no solution since I did not keep the receipt (I never do..I trust people) but this email is to warn you. Either you inspect stuff before you leave which is a burden or you buy only food from there.

None of my business and not sure why the mass email but have you tried talking to Tamimi?

It seems very unfair to criticise them without providing them with an opportunity to solve the problem. I believe that they provide excellent service.

Anyway, good luck and please don't reply.
