Give me a heads up when you find out. If you go I’m sure I’ll probably go.

I'm also planning to reserve a room really soon. I'm tempted to just
reserve for 4 adults, but since its probably cheaper the less its
reserved for a headcount is probably worthwhile. I'll be driving up
and Bill was planning to hitch a ride (still the case I hope!).
Jeremy, I know you were interested but I haven't heard from you in a
while and Greg is waiting to update his work schedule... Any updates
guys or should I just reserve for 4 and hope for the best? :-)
Our room is reserved for Friday and Saturday night! It was around
$160 if anyone wants to know the cost we're planning to split. I'm
starting to get excited for this... its less than a month away!
... and your wife is coming along to go shopping :-p
Also, Greg definitely can't make it up with us due to work. If anyone
else still has a serious Convention itch and wants to ride up and stay
for a couple days, let me know and we'll work it out (I think onsite
registration is $37). I still plan on being back for the Viking-less
Superbowl if that matters to anyone else :-)

Here are some of my favorites from the Con for those who missed it...
Dungeon Lords - My two games of Dungeon Lords were incredibly fun. You
play the roll of an evil dungeon master building your dungeon and
fighting off adventurers. Its a mixture of euro style resource
management and effiiciency puzzles and the two hours it takes to play
just fly by.
Automobile - My suprise of the con. An economic game about building
and selling cars in the early days of automobiles. This went from a
game I was merely intersted in looking into to a game I must play
again soon. I'm anxiously awaiting the reprint!
Runewars - I had a chance to play a full game of this and had a great
time. A light (?) epic fantasy game in a coffin sized box :-) Plays in
half the time of Twilight Imperium and is twice as fun!
Homesteaders - Like Dungeon Lords, I brought this to the con and got
to play several times. Auction for the right to build different kinds
of buildings in a frontier town. Use the buildings to get resources,
trade and score points. A very pleasant way to spend an hour between
events!
Dvonn - Jonathan brought this little 2 player abstract and we played
it quite a bit to start out. It was a lot of fun an tough decisions
in about 15 minutes. I think I'll need to start looking into the GIPF
series even more now...
Revolution - Bravo Steven Jackson! This was plenty of fun and won't
stop being fun once a silly theme wears off (as there is no silly
theme to hide behind...)
Cosmic Encounter - Who gets up for 8 AM on Sunday of a Con? Me and 10
other guys for some Cosmic. I've played before... but never with the
older sets and aliens. The new to me powers were a blast in this
random, crazy galactic conquest game. I played well and got in
position to win... then made about three major blunders and pretty
much watched the end of the game unfold... but had great time anyway!
Oubliette - This was the first game I played. It was a game where
players try to navigate a shifting maze to be the first to leave. It
was a playtest session for a fairly new publisher and while the game
was fun it clearly unfinished. We hope our feedback can help make it
great!
