Projects & Allied Consultants Ltd is selling two (2) plots of land within Kisumu City's urban commercial boundaries, at Migosi.

If you or someone you know have/has an interest, do your due diligence on KISUMU MUNICIPALITY/BLOCK 16 (MAUWA) 240 and 241; Subdivisions from parcel LR. No. 20926 Kisumu City.

Plot No. 240 valued at Ksh. 1,550,000 and Plot No. 241 (slightly larger, corner plot) valued at Ksh. 2,150,000.

The plots have a 99 years lease from GoK from October 1992. Position of titles is that after a long wait GREEN CARDS were finally prepared in the name of PROJECTS & ALLIED CONSULTANTS LTD on 15th march 2015, now awaiting issue of title. In this case PACL will sell its interest in the land to the buyer and facilitate transfer of title to the new owner.
