Impact of the ICC cases on the Kenya Economy.

Has anyone undertaken a full assessment of the economic impact of the ICC cases on the Kenya economy.
How much tax payer money have we actually spent on these cases. Lobbying the UN , AU for example could not have been funded from the private accounts of the accused.
The cost related to the mismanagement of the 2007/8 PEV Victims to assuage the ICC as part of the PR exercise for example.
In other words what has been the cost to Kenyans of poorly managed elections.
Our brothers in Tanzania need to bonder this carefully before they finally decide to rig the CCM to power.
Rigging of an election is a costly and criminal enterprise which should be made a treasonable offence.
