[git-site] multi-language sites wrongly deployed

Hi Kathryn,

I have a project[1] which site[2] is translated in various languages,
unfortunately when deploying the site, all versions have been
committed on the root of gh-pages branches, so only the last deployed
appears on the public site[3].

Do you have any advice to fix this?
